1. Cancellation of Services
The quality level of our work and services can be visualized by our past projects and can help you make comfortable to work with us. We are dedicated to helping our customers and to make them satisfy from our services, so we offer a considerate cancellation policy for our valuable clients. Below are some points that lie under this policy.
2. Development Services
At any instance, if the client is unsatisfied with our services, or you feel we are lagging in providing him the similar services as per his expectations, they have the privilege to cancel their projects.
All cancellation requests must be acknowledged two weeks prior to accounts and billing department.
To indicate us about the cancellation, the client can leave us an email, fax or can directly call us over the phone.
The confirmation email acknowledged by our accounts department will be considered as a proof of the abolition of service.
Our team reserves the right to terminate your contract anytime without any prior notice and refund.
3. Refund Policy
Netqom strictly follows variant refund policy for its various services. We consider customer feedback on a serious note and utilize it to improve the quality of our service, we offer. There are several instances where customers are displeased. So we have some refund policies for them :-
We at Netqom don’t believe in disputes; we believe in building strong business relationships. But still if any client has dissatisfaction regarding our services, then on our mutual consent we can refund the payment.
Taxes collected due to the tenure of a project cannot be refunded, as they are deposited directly at the end of each month.
Transaction charges are not refundable as well as the funds spent on allied services are non-refundable, as, for that charge, the services have already been delivered as per the client satisfaction.
